Greene & Greene Chair Class, October 2017
I don’t teach woodworking classes very often, although I usually say yes when someone asks me to. The picture at left is from a series of blog posts written by one of the guys in my most recent class at Marc Adams School of Woodworking.

I always consider it an honor to be asked to teach at MASW. If you’ve never been to a class at Marc Adams you should add that to your bucket list. Next year marks the school’s 25 year anniversary as the premier woodworking school in the USA. I think of it as Disneyland for woodworkers; the staff knows their stuff, are always friendly and helpful, and the equipment and facility can’t be beat. Gustav Stickley Poppy Table-class to be held in April 2018 at MASW
Next year I will be teaching a week-long class in April on building a reproduction of the Gustav Stickley Poppy Table. It is one of my favorite pieces of furniture, and this promises to be a fantastic week. This post also talks about this table, and my construction of it for a magazine article way back when. I received more feedback and pictures from readers of their own versions than any other magazine project. There is a place in your house where this will fit right in, and your significant other will likely tell you that you need to build one.
Registration for school alumni is already open. Registration for the general public opens December 1, 2017.
