There was a discussion last week over at WoodTalk Online about Darrell Peart’s books on Greene & Greene Furniture and my book “Shop Drawings for Greene & Greene Furniture” was mentioned. The question was about what projects are in the book, so this image is a scan of the Table of Contents – click on it to see a larger version, or click the link below to download the TOC as a PDF file.

As always, when you purchase a book directly from the author, he receives the bulk of the proceeds. Yes, you can get it cheaper from Amazon but when you do, only a small portion of the price you pay eventually finds its way to the guy who did the work of putting it all together.

I would like to buy this book, but I would first like to see a picture of each piece. Anyway to do that?
Easiest way is to visit the Greene & Greene Virtual archives. Search on the project name from the table of contents.

Hi Bob, I purchased the two books you mention above – yours and Darell Peart’s – at local estate sales.
Question: you and Mr. Peart don’t agree in the photos of the Greenes nor the Halls. Your photo of Charles is labeled Henry in his book, and your photo of John Hall is labeled Peter in his book. I’m assuming yours is correct?
Thank you!
Hi Randall,
Darrell’s book correctly identifies the brothers, mine has them reversed.
