Bob Lang’s Work 2000s

The cabinet industry took a heavy hit in the first couple years of the new millennium. I was tired of the instability and looking for something new. I wrote a few magazine articles and my first book was published in the fall of 2001.

In 2004, I went to work for Popular Woodworking Magazine, and most of the projects shown were made for the magazine, or for the short-lived Woodworking Magazine.

  1. I think it would have been col if you could have stayed with 360 woodworking, but I realize sometimes things don’t work out.
I’ve always been a big fan of your work.
(and as hard as I’ve tried, I still can’t figure out sketch up yet. Although I’ve read your stuff a couple of times.)

  2. We bought at auction a medicine cabinet very like your gamble garage medicine cabinet, guess its a small world. It is the spice rack in my kitchen.
