Classes are limited in size, and spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The easiest way to reserve your spot is to register and pay your class deposit online. Click the “Add to Cart” button on the class page to make your payment.  When the class is full, we’ll remove the button as soon as we can. If a class is full and you would like to be added to the wait list for that class, let us know by e-mail.

We use PayPal to process all credit card payments. We have used PayPal to securely manage online payments since 2001, without any issues. Not everyone is comfortable with PayPal, so if you would rather pay by sending us a check, that’s okay. Send us an e-mail with your contact information (including your phone number) and we’ll respond via e-mail with an invoice and our mailing address. We must receive your deposit payment within 7 days to hold your reservation.

There is a $50 fee if you cancel or reschedule a class that you have reserved, regardless of when you cancel. If you cancel more than 60 days before the scheduled class date, we will refund your entire deposit, less the $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days or less before the scheduled class date, we will not refund your deposit unless we are able to fill the space you reserved. If and when your space is filled, we will then refund your deposit, less the $50 cancellation fee.

When we receive your deposit, either on line or through the mail, we will acknowledge your registration and e-mail you an invoice for the remainder of the class fee. The balance due must be received no later than 7 days before the class for classes in the Cincinnati area and 24 days before the class for classes in other locations. If the balance isn’t paid by that date, your space will be made available to the wait list, and no refund of your deposit will be made. Payments may be made online via PayPal, or you can mail a check for the balance.

If a class cannot be held due to extreme weather conditions, it will be rescheduled. If we cancel a scheduled class, we will promptly refund all payments made for that class.
