I recently purchased a copy of Bob Lang’s Google Sketchup for woodworkers. I have attempted to play the videos in the ebook and they will not play. I am using windows 7 premium home edition and have the most recent version of windows media player and the most recent version of Adobe Reader. Please tell me what I need to do to have the videos play.

Hi Leo,
Some versions of Windows 7 don’t play well with Adobe Reader. The fix is to set “Quick Time” as the default media player in the Adobe Reader preferences. If it doesn’t work the first time, uninstall Quick Time, download a fresh version and reinstall. You can get Quick Time for free at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.
After you set the preferences, close down Adobe Reader and reopen it. Then open the PDF. It sounds like a pain, but you only need to do it one time.
